The tread depth is ridiculously shallow. When I collected my new Fiat Panda Cross the tread depth was barely 6mm deep...and that was on brand new tyres on a brand new car.

As well as the shallow tread depth already mentioned, I would argue that this tyre is not really suited for the role of O/E tyre for fitment to vehicles destined for northern European markets as our road and air temperatures are far too low from late-autumn through to early-spring.
It's quite clearly marketed as a 'premium touring summer tyre', for which I'm sure it is eminently suited, but it isn't one for all-year around use.

Compared to the previous incarnations of this Tyre the apparent lack of tread gives it a 'half worn'  look. The almost flush Continental Logo and unattractive swirling 'decoration' only add to that impression. 
Yes!,............ i'm sure it performs well but it just looks horrible.
